Dirty and obstructed Dryer Vents pose a serious fire hazard as well as potential problems with condensation in confined spaces that could result in black mold. We use a high pressure air cleaning system that in most cases allows for cleaning from the exterior of the buildings and does not disturb the tenants or disrupt the maintenance staff with time consuming “key Pulls”. As a retired Fire Marshal I understand exactly what and how the inspection reports should read and what they should include.
