Malissa Jackson is an alumni of Erie Community College North Campus, Williamsville NY. I studied abroad under Chef Giuseppe D'urso at LaTaverna del Leone in Positano Italy. This experience has allowed me to specialize in italian cooking and become more creative in the kitchen. I have received awards for my culinary artistry including 1st prive for my three meat three cheese lasagna from the Buffalo Urban League 2012.
