A lot of laser cut letterpress recently on the Vandercook SP15. A reprint of an old print, a local street fair poster, a daily reminder, and an army of DIY manicules ready to print.

Recently helped the Matawan Historical Society proof over 125 old newspaper cuts on the Vandercook. Here is a small handful of ones I really liked.

Went back up to Letterpress Things and picked up the Prouty platen press today. A quick cleaning and it’ll be off to printing. This one is staying in the collection.

Took a trip up to Chicopee to visit John Barrett of Letterpress Things. If you have never been, you’re missing out. He has a bit of everything letterpress available for sale and offers a ton of great kits to get people printing. We also adopted the 1870’s 7x11 Prouty platen press.
