Yesterday I had an amazing exclusively pumping consultation with a mama of two where we worked on trying different fl**ge sizes for improved comfort, output, and overall pumping experience.

The fl**ge size that she left with was multiple sizes different than the size that she had originally started pumping with!

I invite you to join Michelle Hall - doula and mama of 2 as she joins Monadnock Perinatal as a group facilitator!
