We don't have a call center because we don't need one. Your Dedicated Account Manager is the only contact you need. TexVoIP Communications provides Business Communications, Mobility Solutions (Fleet Management, IoT), Internet and Network Solutions, and ProActive IT Support. We are known for our Unified Billing, and outstanding Texas-based Customer Support.
In light of recent severe weather and on-going recovery efforts in the Gulf area, TexVoIP Communications has temporarily suspended metered data billing for users of our Wireless services in affected areas of Texas and Louisiana.
Because many of our customers rely on our Wireless-WAN failover as their Internet backup solution, and some individual subscribers are working hard to assist in the recovery process, we have suspended wireless metered billing beginning 26 August 2017. This billing suspension will continue through 15 September 2017.
