There is a common belief you need 20% in order to purchase a home. Guess what? We are going to bust that myth!

You can actually pay 0% down payment and get paid at the closing table.

One of my buyer clients actually received $1,000 at the closing table. I negotiated the seller pay for some of their closing cost and the down payment assistance program paid for his down payment and some closing cost, (up to 4.5%). You just need an agent who is knowledgeable in this area and process.

Do not let the down payment intimidate you from achieving your dreams of purchasing a home. If you want it enough, anything is achievable.
