Congrats to my buyers for a 12 day closing!!! 🥳 We closed on Tuesday when all of us had no power 🫠 my clients were in an airb&b and had to close no matter what bc that was their last day there anyway with no power also - only to get blessed by buying a house with a generator already installed! 🤗 we were so worried about the property due to the storm and when we did our walk through that morning, generator was running and house super cold 😂 small hiccups at closing, but as always Danial with Majestic Title made sure to get my buyers into their house that same night! (There was no hotels available anyway!) What a day that was 😎

Anyway, want to close during a hurricane...call me 🤭😎🤳😂

Getting this one to the finish line was no easy walk. I promise we all questioned our sanity several times along the way - even up until last night at midnight 😂 we can laugh at it now though, because my clients have closed a chapter in their lives and about to open a new one. Congrats!!
