Story Time: Danielle first reached out to me in 2018, brimming with energy and enthusiasm, hoping to find an internship while studying interior design at the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio. Back then, I was running my business solo and had never mentored a new designer before. Despite my uncertainty, I wanted to make her experience meaningful. Looking back, I’m so grateful I followed my instincts and welcomed Danielle into my world. That decision not only shaped her journey, but also transformed mine. I often tell young designers that this industry is small and deeply connected, and Danielle’s story is a perfect example.

Years later, after graduating, Danielle embarked on a new adventure—she married a man in the military, moved across the country, and became a devoted mother to two beautiful, young, and vibrant children. Throughout it all, we stayed in touch over social media, and I watched with pride as she grew personally and professionally.

Today, I have the privilege of working alongside Danielle once again. For the past year, she’s been my invaluable design assistant and now serves as my coordinator. Her tech-savvy, creative, self-motivated, and tenacious approach, along with her heartfelt communication, brings so much life to our studio. She’s not just an incredible artist, but also a cherished member of our team—and a dear friend. Danielle, thank you for inspiring me every day and for all that you do. ❤⭐❤
