stall fans, fed hay 4 times a day ( breakfast, lunch, dinner, bedtime) fed pelleted feed 2xs day ( breakfast & dinner). Stalled horses have semi private limed dry lots attached to a small grass pasture, 2-3 horses per lot. They are turned out pretty much sun up to sun down in the winter and they go to night turnout end of spring- through fall. All turn out have BarBarA frost free auto waters for clean fresh water 24/7. Barn had heated wash bay, several grooming stalls, 2 large tack rooms, feed room, bathroom in barn, concrete alleyways & ceiling fans & 160’ x 80’ lighted indoor arena with mag dust control. Outside we have 180' x 80 outdoor arena with clean sand footing, 50’ round pen, 2 pastures with large 50x20 lean to including tack room. Pastures also have BarBarA auto waters & safe 5 strand high tensil coated electric wire fencing. The whole property is treated with Fly Predators applied March - October for natural chemical free effective fly control. Forbes has complete perimeter fencing and security gate to keep everyone contained, safe and secure.
