This class is structured for dancers training for college Dance teams or professional sports cheer/Dance teams. Class will begin with a warm-up, across the floor, and you’ll work on various technical skills. Pro Technique (Elite Level) is designed to push your limits as a Pro Dancer while having fun and breaking a sweat!
