He has been working as a Senior Service and Support Technician, as well as serving as Service Manager for a financial and retail equipment provider as well as keeping one foot in the hospitality and entertainment industry for the last decade. This year, after seeing the strain that the pandemic put on the industry, he decided now was the time to give back to the industry the best way he could - offering his expertise and services without costing the venue owners an arm and a leg.
