π¨ URGENT: SHOW UP AND STAND STRONG π¨
Tomorrow morning at 8:00 AM, we need YOU at the Hawaii State Capitol to protest the dangerous firearm ban bill moving through the legislature.
πΉ This bill bans nearly all semi-automatic rifles with detachable magazines.
πΉ It redefines almost every modern sporting rifle as an "assault weapon" by including features like barrel shrouds.
πΉ It outlaws the use of these fi****ms for hunting and even at Hawaiiβs shooting ranges β effectively ending lawful use in the state.
πΉ Wear black or blue to show we stand united.
πΉ Bring your signs, your energy, and your voice.
Our rights are under direct attack. We cannot afford to stay silent. Be there. Stand strong. Defend the Second Amendment. πΊπΈ

π¨ URGENT: Hawaiiβs Massive Gun Ban β We Have ONE Last Chance to Stop It! π¨
Hawaiiβs SB401 β the broadest gun ban in state history β is almost law.
This Wednesday, both the State Senate and House of Representatives will vote.
β οΈ All it takes is ONE chamber voting NO to stop it.
π΄ If SB401 passes, here's what it will do:
BAN ALL semiautomatic rifles with detachable magazines, because every rifle has a barrel shroud (now counted as an "assault weapon" feature).
BAN ALL semiautomatic shotguns, because the law limits shotguns to five rounds β most semiauto shotguns hold more.
BAN ANY firearm with a magazine capacity over 10 rounds β rifles, pistols, shotguns β ALL affected.
BAN all .50 caliber fi****ms, even large-caliber hunting rifles.
π΄ Critical Impacts:
Hunting BAN: Modern hunting rifles and shotguns are targeted β Hawaii hunters will lose many of their tools.
Shooting Range BAN: SB401 says you can only use banned guns at "licensed" shooting ranges β but Hawaii licenses NO shooting ranges, meaning youβll have nowhere to legally shoot them.
Inheritance Restrictions: Heirs must disable, sell, or remove banned fi****ms unless specific conditions are met.
π΅ Massive Penalties:
Class C Felony (5 years in prison, no probation) for possessing banned fi****ms.
Felony or misdemeanor for having banned magazines.
β οΈ Important:
The language banning these fi****ms was never given a single hearing in the Senate.
It was added at the last minute by the House β without public testimony or full debate.
This means the public was silenced on one of the biggest gun bans in Hawaii history.
Tell your legislators this rushed, undemocratic process is unacceptable!
π₯ We Can Still STOP This!
π
This Wednesday β the final votes happen.
π Call and Email your State Senator and Representative NOW. β
Tell them: Vote NO on SB401. Protect our rights. Stand up for Hawaii's law-abiding citizens.
Every voice matters. One chamber voting NO = this bill dies.
π Your action today could stop this massive overreach.
