(Laser and the Bridge Academy combined to become the Linderman Education Center.)

I’m humbled by so many of you taking the time to respond—makes me feel like I did a lot of things “right.” We were all part of the amazing Laser Family!

After 30 years in high school, I finally graduated!!! 😄 When I started teaching students of former students, I knew it was “time.” It was, without a doubt, the best career. I’ve worked with many dedicated colleagues and taught hundreds of incredible students at Laser. My continued best wishes to all of you! ❤ Ms. J

Hi Laser Friends! Just want to let you know that Ron Boespflug--"Mr. B" is retiring this week. He has spent many years in education and more specifically, alternative education. Thank you, Mr. B. for all you have done for the students at Laser and the LEC!!!

Former Laser graduate Aimee Williams passed away Wednesday. We will always remember her outgoing personality, great laugh and sparkling eyes. Our condolences go out to Tommy, her entire family and all her friends.

Many of you may remember Mrs. Shirley Spurgeon who taught Family & Consumer Science at Laser for many years. She passed away Tuesday after 54 years teaching (she was still teaching at the LEC at the time of her passing.) Her service is today at 4 p.m. at the Epworth United Methodist Church in Kalispell. (I will always remember her for the Laser Thanksgiving dinners!!!)

Former FHS/Laser graduate Shane Bitney Crone will be in Kalispell November 25 for two showings of his award-winning documentary "Bridegroom." Please Facebook "Bridegroom Screening Held at FVCC" for more information on tickets.

As most of you know, Laser has been combined with the Bridge Academy to form the Linderman Education Center (LEC). There is a new page for the Linderman Education Center that will post the news for Kalispell's alternative education program. Please "like" us! This Laser High School page will remain as well so the "Laserites" can remain connected!
