Proud of these 4 athletes won both of her classes and the overall won her 35 class and took 2nd in her other 2, both earned their IFBB pro status and finished 3rd, 4th and 5th in her classes and finished Top 5. Way to go . I’m beyond proud of how hard all of you worked and to be by your side during the process.

Back to work to get back in crazy shape. What I have found that helps me stay on track is accountability partners. I have a group of girls all prepping for shows and every meal we send pics of what we are eating. If you find you are struggling give this a shot it has helped all of us achieve great results.
