Many of you have felt the disappointment of limited hours at Woodland Water Park the past few summers due to staffing challenges- specifically lifeguards. There has been a national shortage for many years and the Valley has felt it!

Here’s your chance to help the situation and help our local pools be open more. Know a young adult, a teacher wanting to work a couple days a week, or someone that just wants to work outside and have fun in the sun?

Lifeguard at Woodland Water Park this summer!

Lifeguard certification is required prior to hire, and there are several upcoming courses—register soon, space is limited. Anyone who completes one of these courses will receive a guaranteed interview with Woodland Water Park.

Kalispell Parks and Recreation (KPR) is excited to announce the 34th Picnic in the Park concert series for 2025, and we’re looking for talented performers like YOU! 🎤🎸

We’ve made some exciting changes to the event this year:

Concert Days: Now on Wednesdays! Featuring a 12-noon concert and a 6 pm concert each week, with a focus on growing event attendance and creating an unforgettable community experience.

Food Truck Variety: We’re expanding the food truck options to bring even more flavor and variety to each event!

New Partnerships: We’re teaming up with local organizations to offer pre-concert storytelling, community trivia, and exciting raffles!
