Benchmark Excavation

This area used to be a big low spot where water would pool. We filled and graded it out with slope for drainage. Next we will be installing a Ritchie livestock waterer, adding gravel for pens, and installing steel fence around it. Stay tuned!

During to After… some much needed shaping, darinage, clean up and finish gravel work to give this property entrance a face lift. This property is winter ready! ❄️
