We're Hiring at Richie Custom Co! 👕
Do you love being creative, have attention to detail and want to learn? We’re looking for a friendly, reliable team member to join our custom printing shop!m/retail location.
📍 Location: Kalispell, MT
💰 Pay: $15-18/hour DOE
📆 Hours: flexible but looking to fill-
Tuesday- Friday 10-5 Saturdays 10-2
Approx 32 hours per week
(Possibility of additional hours for the right person!)
🛠️ Job Duties Include:
✨ Front-End & T-Shirt Production
Running the check stand — greeting customers, ringing up sales, and taking custom orders
Folding merchandise and keeping the storefront tidy (dusting, mopping, light cleaning and organizing)
Organizing and folding new inventory as it comes in
Tagging and restocking new products
Customizing tshirts and Tshirt Production
Packaging and prepping orders for pickup or delivery
Other duties as needed
💻 Bonus Opportunity:
If you're comfortable with computers and have an eye for design.
Customer service oriented.
Uploading product photos to our website
Creating content for social media
Assisting with online order management
Creating and designing for custom orders
Interested in learning production such as embroidery, printing , laser engraving, sticker production , banners etc
We’re looking for someone dependable, upbeat, detail-oriented, and excited to grow with a local business. Prior experience is helpful but not required — we’re happy to train the right fit!
