Medical massage focuses on a medical need; pain management, reduce inflammation, increase circulation, improve digestion, increase flexibility.
Lymphatic drainage increases lymphatic movement (basically, clears sewage!) to support detoxification, improve immune function and relieve swelling + inflammation.
Constitutional hydrotherapy is the use of alternating hot and cold along with gentle electrical stimulation to effectively improve detoxification, digestion, circulation and immune function while reducing inflammation and pain.

Botanical Tincture
Tinctures are a formulated mix of plant medicines with chemical constituents to support certain organ systems/symptoms/disease states.
Doses vary pending on which botanicals are used, severity of disease and vitality of the person.
Here, you see me taking 60 drops of my botanical tincture formulated for liver, gi and hormone support (can you say HELLO 40s!?)
Each botanical tincture I mix up is INDIVIDUALIZED. No two people get the same tincture (caveat: with certain respiratory illnesses I use the same mix).
Within 10 minutes I felt my digestion activate, as designed.
This IS medicine. (Many) Botanicals are very well studied and studies prove the safety and effectiveness.
