Congratulations Officer Kashat!
Congratulations to Ofc. Lamar Kashat for be selected as September’s Officer of the Month. Ofc Kashat reflects pride in our department, maintains a positive attitude, and performs his duties as an officer to the best of his ability. He has the best interest of the department in mind and he is always an encouraging promoter of the Saginaw Police Department.
