This Richland home needed to accommadate a growing family and a proper primary suite for the homeowners. After years of room sharing and making things work they had finally come to the conclusion a home addition was necessary. After a few consultations with Meghan our in house designer we had the framework of what was needed to get the home updated to fit their growing family. This home addition included adding the primary suite, reconfiguring the kitchen to include a new pantry, and adding a new porch with custom accents. This project included an exterior rennovation as well including roofing, spray foam of the exterior walls, siding, windows, and much more.
