All opportunities offered by GreenAccess are located within specific Targeted Employment Areas (TEA) and require qualified Immigrant Clients to make a reduced capital contribution of $500,000 USD required by the USCIS. Each and every project in our portfolio will be followed and monitored by highly experienced consultants on a rigorous timeline, with most of our projects involving minimum equity positions for the developers of at least 25% percent with clear exit strategies. GreenAccess seeks out a limited number of viable projects annually within mainly two limited but very specific categories including;

Educational facility Development (Charter Schools) and expansion projects. Health & Medical care facility construction and expansion projects. GreenAccess’ Mission is to ensure safe and sound success of qualified EB-5 Projects for our foreign clients.
