The most popular question with our SMAC customers is related to quantity of cookies.

When and how many cookies should you eat? 🍪🍪

We recommend eating 2-3 cookies every day for at least a week to see if your milk production has increased.

There are obviously other ways to help boost your supply, so here’s a list of other suggestions to try as well:

1️⃣STAY HYDRATED - drink lots of water!

2️⃣PUMPING - pumping more often will stimulate your body to make more milk.

3️⃣SLEEP and EAT NUTRITIOUS MEALS - well balanced meals with proper nutrition will help maintain and/or increase your milk supply.

4️⃣BE PATIENT - every body produces milk differently. Be kind and patient with yourself. Minimize your stress.

If you’re not getting the results you want right away, don’t be discouraged! Sticking to an established pumping and nursing routine, expressing often, communicating regularly with your doctor or a lactation consultant, and taking care of yourself are great ways to help increase your supply.

At the end of they day, if your baby is HAPPY, HEALTHY, and GROWING you shouldn’t worry about your milk supply. Enjoy your days with your little one! 💗

Happy Friday and First Week of School (at least in Florida!)👏

Not always an easy week for us mamas. Lots of mixed emotions when our children head back to school and begin the next grade. These young years definitely fly by quickly, so make sure to enjoy each day and be grateful for what we have in our lives. 💗

Nobody can prepare you for motherhood. It’s an unconditional love that lasts a lifetime. Today is about reflecting on how incredibly lucky we are to be mothers to our beautiful children.

Thank you to my tribe of women that support me everyday. And a very special thank you to all the women that have included me on their breastfeeding journey. It is truly an honor to help all of you through a special time in your life. We hope you are filled with love today because you deserve it! ☺️
