Just a few items for my new menu! The boss moved me to his boutique Hotel at the gateway to Yosemite! Pretty cool town it's like the old west. It's California's oldest hotel and next door is California's oldest saloon.

Chef Jess Has gone Greek! These are a few dishes I created from when I was the private members lounge chef at 1000 North in Jupiter a.k.a. “Michael Jordan’s” restaurant and the lamb was from when I was a private chef for a couple who lives in Jupiter.
