What a send-off.
This past week was something special — our busiest ever. Packed tables, familiar faces, warm hugs, and the kind of energy that reminded us why we started this place 10 years ago.
To all of you who showed up, cheered us on, and made Uncle Eddie’s what it is — thank you. Truly. It felt like one big family dinner, and we’ll carry that with us.
But this isn’t goodbye.
We’re already looking for a new home, and as soon as we find the right place, you’ll be the first to know.
The next chapter is coming — and it’s going to be beautiful.
