Today, we honor Juneteenth and reflect on the enduring values of freedom, equality, and opportunity.
Your EB-5 rules could change every five years. The Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 built a five-year revision cycle into the program, with the investment threshold reviewed and adjusted for inflation at each revision.
Aarushi Gupta of Donoso and Partners LLC explains the structure and the opportunity it creates for the current administration to keep the program active. Rohit Turkhud of Chiesa Shahinian and Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) makes the argument plainly: the program should just be made permanent. The five-year re-evaluation creates unnecessary uncertainty for investors in the middle of a journey that takes five to seven years to complete.
