Happy (Belated) Father's Day!
To all the incredible dads out there, this one's for you! š
I'm a day late, but I want to take a moment to honor and celebrate my own amazing dad. From the bottom of my heart, I can never thank him enough for everything he does and sacrifices for our family.
My dad is the epitome of hard work, dedication, and strength. Heās always been there for us, working tirelessly to provide and ensure we have everything we need. From late nights at the firehouse to fixing anything and everything around the house, his commitment is unmatched.
But it's not just about being a hard worker. Heās also shown us the importance of laughter, joy, and having fun. From spontaneous adventures to āhilariousā dad jokes, he knows how to bring a smile to our faces and create cherished memories that will last a lifetime.
Thank you, Dad, for every sacrifice you've made, big and small, to make our lives better. Your selflessness is truly inspiring, and I'm grateful beyond words for all that you do.
To all the dads out there, keep being amazing role models, providers, and friends. Your love and presence make a world of difference. Happy Father's Day! š«¶

When you think about tissues what brand comes to mind? How about ketchup? Basketballs?
Have you ever thought about why you think of these brands immediately for these products?
This has to do with brand awareness focused around being top-of-mind. Brands that are top of mind have the biggest market shares in their industry.
The question is, how do you achieve this if you are a small brand with a small budget?
The only way to compete with the larger brands and market leaders is to have a good strategy.
A good strategy starts with niching down. You need a specific & specialized product or service, and you need to be offering this to a small target audience.
This works because you are focusing your efforts to reach your specific target. Once you have become a leader in your small niche, then itās time to expand your offer and audience!

There are a lot of misconceptions between social media managers and business owners when it comes to what exactly we are responsible for. This often leads to a lot of frustration on both ends.
Here are 5 things that are important to keep in mind so that both parties are satisfied š
1.
Social media managers can help drive traffic to your products, services, or landing pages, however, it is not on us whether or not you are making sales. The purchase decision is completely up to the customer, all we can do is help that decision.
2.
Yes, social media managers do (or at least should) create engaging and shareable content, going viral is ultimately based on external factors. This include the algorithm, timing, and overall audience engagement. Obviously our goal is to go viral, but it is definitely a toss up every time.
3.
Social media management requires help and support from other parties like marketing, sales, photographers, videographers, and YOU!
4.
While it is our job to understand and work the algorithm on social media platforms, we still have no control over how they work. On any given day the algorithm can (and will) switch up on us, and it is not our fault if this happens. Just like you, it takes us time to adjust to these sudden changes. When this happens what we can do is help adjust your strategy so that you are also updated with the algorithms.
5.
While we can gear your social strategy towards creating conversions, again, it is not up to us what your audience chooses to do.
