Shirley takes you inside a pre-Prohibition-era classic that's earned its place in cocktail history for good reason.
Equal parts gin, green Chartreuse, maraschino liqueur, and fresh lime juice. The balance is everything...each ingredient pulling its weight without overpowering the others.
But the real MVP here? Green Chartreuse. Made by Carthusian monks in the French Alps using a secret blend of 130 botanicals, it's notoriously difficult to source these days. Production is intentionally limited, demand is sky-high, and we're fortunate to have it behind our bar right now.
