Rainbow Designs

I'm helping to raise funds for my best friend's family in northern Thailand. They live in a rural jungle village on their small farm and have been really struggling since Covid happened. Recently one of their cows gave birth to a calf but tragically, the mother cow died soon after giving birth. The calf needs formula and it is too expensive for them to be able to afford. The family is now out of money and struggling to keep the calf alive. If there are extra funds afterwards they would use it to sustain more of their farm and small tin hut.

The little girl in the photo is my best friend's daughter Chopper who lives there. She is in kindergarten but school has been canceled because of the pandemic. If you want to send gifts for her like home school supplies that too can be arranged.

Will be at the Public Market Fri-Sun at Centennial Hall here in Juneau.

I am in Guatamala getting new supplies for the shop and I found a seamstress to work with to make traditional clothes. This was yesterday at the Chi Chi market. It is the most beautiful market I have ever been to.
