More students than ever are choosing Arkansas State, 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗲𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝟯𝟬% 𝗶𝗻 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀. As our campus continues to grow, we're following national best practices by prioritizing on-campus housing for freshmen and rising sophomores, where research shows it has the greatest impact on student success.

Here's what you need to know.

✔ Incoming freshmen, rising sophomores and students with scholarship housing commitments receive priority for residence hall assignments.

✔ Students on the waitlist continue to receive room assignments as housing becomes available. We expect additional movement through July as enrollment numbers become clearer.

✔ Students who don't yet have housing should begin exploring off-campus options while remaining on the waitlist.

✔ Students whose scholarships include housing 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 if on-campus housing isn't available.

✔ The Off-Campus Housing Guide (link in comments), found on the University Housing website, includes apartments and rental options near campus.
