Falling Waters Community Association

Falling Waters is a covenant run association, nestled directly next to Lake Spivey. Began in 1993, Falling Waters is a self-managed neighborhood. We continue to be governed by a five member board of directors who are elected to two year terms. From its swimming pool to the clubhouse which hosts many functions, Falling Waters offers the amenities that many homebuyers are looking for. Amenities like sidewalks, pool, playground with swing set and clubhouse for parties, many social events, and more!
