Once a year, we team up with an Award Winning Memphis Chef, a retired airline CEO, an Incentive Travel Agent & a couple of other Memphis Characters to compete in the Memphis in May World Championship BBQ Festival! When we're cooking whole hog, shoulders & butts we're using Heritage Berkshire Pork from Newman Farms because that's what we do.

Come on out today for some Rack Pack BBQ! Open at 11 until 2!.
We’ll have BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Nachos, Salads, Tacos and Smoked Bologna and smoked bacon wrapped pickles!
We have family packs available as well!
