2 night ago I needed up in the emergency room for pain in my neck but turned out that my blood pressure was so high they rushed me straight back and into a room. My blood pressure had gotten up to 238/109 and in that moment I didn't think a was coming home to my family. All and everything crossed my mind and the fact of knowing I can't do that to my kids first and foremost and my family and friends. As parents, alot weigh on our shoulders and sometimes we keep pushing to meet a deadlines, house chores, work schedules and forget to take care the most important person and that's ourselves. I have had an eye opener and today was the first day I walked back in church right long with my hubby and here you'll find us. Life is to short the should've could've would've. Face it up front and all in the past is exactly what it is. Love one another hard, be truthful with honesty and enjoy their company without while you have them. I'm up to 3 different diagnosis and 3 more meds. One of the scariest moment in my medical journey. God gets the last say. So me I've turned to my faith for in this world it comes with stressor, pain, conflicting changes, and fakers. Not one of these thing make you whom you are so it can be let go without a blink of an eye. Service were so good and Sunday dinner was excellent. So I say I hope everyone shared a happy an bright Sunday as we did.
