PCS OnCall

We are a 24/7 Message Service looking for fill 2 positions on our 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM evening shift. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

It is the responsibility of the Telephone Service Representative to process all calls on all clients' telephone lines in an efficient, effective, and courteous manner, following all instructions and
procedures necessary for answering, handling, and dispatching such messages according to the information available in each account. Quality customer service and productive client relationships are the two main goals of every Telephone Service Representative

Qualifications
- CSR Experience - preferred but not required
- WFH Experience - preferred but not required
- BYOD Minimum Requirements
- Windows 10 or 11 Professional
- 2.5 gigahertz quad core processor or higher
- 8 Gigabytes of RAM or higher
