Join us tomorrow, April 18th at 11:00 am for some hill sprints. We will meet tomorrow morning at Craighead Forest Park Access #3 also known as the Castle Playground. This is open to the public, free fun sprint intervals!

Join in this Saturday March 28th, at Craighead Forest Park. We will meet at the Softball field parking area at 11:00 am.

These workouts are free and do not require a membership nor count against anyone with a membership. Simply join the Trainer on one of his workouts consisting of speed, strength, power, technique, and an overall great time!
