The BAR Performance Gym

Every year for Christmas we like to do our part as a gym family to give back to those in the community that need a little help to make their holidays a little bit brighter. You do not have to be a member of the gym to participate!
For our first opportunity we will be participating in "Elf Day" at the YMCA Supportive Housing Campus. Please see the comments below with the items requested and reply or send me a message letting me know how you'd like to help. Items can be mailed to us, dropped off at the gym, or we will also take monetary donations that we can use to purchase these items. All items, should be unwrapped and delivered to us by Dec 5th! Price range should be $30-$60. Let me know if you have any questions!
We are also working with DHS on getting a few families as well that we will put on the Christmas tree!

I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone that showed Boo love at the gym. The gym was her favorite place to be and she loved being a gym greeter to everyone.

So thank you for taking your time out of your workouts to pet her or play ball with her. She was a special one and she will be missed ❤️
