Preparing a home for sale is a process. Here are five quick things we'll do while preparing yours!

FLOORS!

We have officially started the floors. This is the floor portion of our video series and another big, time-consuming part of the project.

It has taken a lot of prep work, math, and decision making around design and how to get started. We went back and forth on different approaches, including starting from the corner or the center. We also watched several YouTube videos to help guide the process.

It is a lot of work, but it is starting to come together and we are excited to see the progress.
