If you've been told, "Your knee cartilage is gone. It's just part of getting older," you're not alone.

For years, that was the common belief.

But researchers continue asking an important question:

Can supporting the body's cells influence how joints adapt and recover over time?

In a double blind, placebo controlled clinical trial, people with knee osteoarthritis who received PEMF therapy showed improved muscle strength, increased femoral cartilage thickness, and better preservation of joint space over a 12 month follow up.

No, this doesn't mean PEMF regrows every damaged knee.

But it does add to a growing body of research suggesting that healthy cells may respond in ways we didn't fully appreciate years ago.

That's why I continue to follow the science, continue learning, and continue helping people experience PEMF for themselves.
