Augusta's Parks & Recreation team is managing 149 open maintenance work orders right now. And this month, Richmond County voters approved another $72 million in SPLOST funding for new park projects.

It's a story we're seeing all across the Southeast. Communities are investing more than ever in their parks — the pavilions, the shade structures, the gathering places where neighborhoods come together. The question for the people planning those parks isn't whether to build anymore. It's how to build something that's still standing strong twenty years from now, not adding to next year's punch list.

That's the work we do. Every Legacy pavilion, shade structure, and amphitheater is fabricated in-house and custom-engineered for the specific site, the specific climate, the specific community it serves.

Capital dollars deserve structures that outlast the ribbon cutting.
