We began by examining a proposed 150-seat bar/restaurant on Oak Street and how re-zoning for it will affect our quality of life. A community association in the historic district of Riverside, in Jacksonville, Florida, where we advocate for smart zoning practices to preserve and protect our unique neighborhood.
