Frist John,( introduction).
God is light, God is love and God is life.\n We are to enjoy a delightful fellowship with the Father of life,and love . And he desperately desires that all his children enjoy the same fellowship,
God is light. Therefore , to engage in fellowship with him , we must walk in light and not in the darkness. As we walk in the light, we will regularly confess our sins , allowing the blood of jesus to continue to cleanse us.
2 major roadblocks to hender this walk with the lord, #1 falling in love with the world, #2 and falling for the alluring lies of false teachers.
God is love since we are his children. We must walk in love. The apostle John states in frist John that if we do not love , we do not know God ,
Love is more than just words, it is actions ,love is giving not getting. Love is unconditional in it's nature . Chris'st love fulfilled those qualities.And when that brand of love characterizes us , we will be free of self - condemnation and experience confidence before God . God is life.Those who fellowship with him must possess his quality of life, spiritual life begins with spiritual birth.
As jesus told Nicodemus , one must be born again. And by grace and faith in Jesus Christ . Faith in Jesus Christ infuses us with God's life, and God's Love .
