Per Grace: “This mural not only pays tribute to Filipino Americans, it tells the story of healing, reclamation, reminds us of our resilience and honors our beloved country, The Philippines. It contains memories of our country, stories of immigration, celebrates the talents our people, reminders of what we’ve endured and my own family, my Mother & Niece representing the passing down of knowledge & traditions from generation to generation.
May it serve as a reminder to honor your own roots & see the beauty not only in Filipinos, but in the beautiful diversity all of humanity.”
