We are hiring for an Executive Assistant, Mon - Fri 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

Duties Include:
• Answering incoming calls and taking detailed messages
• Scheduling appointments, meetings, managing multiple calendars, etc
• Filing any and all documents in appropriate files
• Billing, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word, Quick Books, Social Media Outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In)

Salary: $30,000.00 to $35,000.00 /year
