This morning, we continued our decades long tradition with Congregation Ahavath Chesed - The Temple and the Jacksonville Jewish Center, where volunteers helped us pack and distribute meals to seniors enrolled in our Meals on Wheels program.

Thank you for all your hard work, dedication, and kindness!

We are so grateful for our incredible partners at the Jacksonville Bar Association and the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office who make this event possible! Because of their generosity, we were able to provide gifts and holiday cheer to hundreds of our community’s seniors. Thank you for all you do!

What a great day! Today, Aging True celebrated our 32nd annual Meals on Wheels Thanksgiving Meal Delivery event, where we served over 1,100 meals to seniors in our community!

Each year this amazing partnership enables us to continue to provide critical meals to seniors on Thanksgiving, which would typically be a day that our staff and operations would be closed for the holiday. Ascension St. Vincent’s Jacksonville and a dedicated group of volunteers prepare and package these meals, which are then delivered by drivers from ZTrip Jacksonville.
