Project Prepare
The Project Prepare Independent Living Program is a case management program for homeless youth, ages 16 to 21. The goal of the two year prevention program is to help youth transition from a state of homelessness to one of stability and productivity. The program, funded in part by the Jacksonville Children's Commission and the United Way, contributes to the community by helping troubled youth avoid costly teen parenthood, and criminal behavior leading to incarceration and unemployment.
