All boards and coasters are oiled and waxed. Proper maintenance is required in order to preserve each piece. Rinse boards with soapy water and hand dry immediately. Do not put it in dishwasher or soak in sink. Store in upright position to allow air flow to continue to dry. Depending on usage, applying wax or conditioner may be required more often. It is recommended based on average usage of a board that it should be maintained at least 1x a month.
