Ensure maximum sales, interact with customers, outside sales and vendors
Supervise functions of the counter and telephone sales
Process labor claims and freight claims for missing or damaged equipment/ supplies
Schedule incoming and outgoing freight and order supplies
Help determine and monitor stock
Assist with coordinating training and corporate events
