s River is created by the many tributaries working together to create one large body of water once it reaches the Atlantic Ocean. The Three Rivers Council is named after the three major rivers that help make up the St John’s, the Broward, Trout and Ortega Rivers on the West and North regions of Jacksonville. The Three Rivers Council is a business-focused membership organization committed to promoting businesses and their owners. We accomplish this by encouraging our members to establish business-to-business relationships that embody the true spirit of community and business in a fun, professional, and dynamic environment.
