It's official — Keke's Breakfast Cafe has opened its doors in Mandarin.
The new location is at 11112 San Jose Blvd, Suite 23, and is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. That puts it right in the heart of Mandarin, inside Claire Lane Center — two doors down from Ulta Beauty and four storefronts from Mandola's Italian Kitchen.

Keke's is hosting a Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday, April 18. All guests get a free small stack of pancakes with purchase, complimentary coffee coupons, and a raffle every hour to win breakfast for two for a month.

The Mandarin cafe marks the brand's fifth Jacksonville location and the second owned and operated by franchisees John Metz and Vic Cuda of RREMC Restaurants. "We're excited to officially be part of the Mandarin community," said Metz.

The build-out: Contractor Regional Construction Services handled the 3,766-square-foot tenant build-out, valued at $195,000.

Keke's already has five Northeast Florida locations, including spots at St. Johns Town Center, Durbin Park, St. Augustine, and Oakleaf Town Center. Denny's Inc. has owned Keke's since July 2022.
