Experienced Intermodal Dispatcher

Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated reliable individual to join our Dispatch team. The position offered is out of our Jacksonville Office for our Tampa Terminal.
The duties / responsibilities of this position include but limited to:

Duties:
*Coordinate / Schedule and Recover dispatch with Drivers and Customers
*Utilize all drivers and equipment in the most efficient manner
*Manage all dropped equipment at the customers facility and on our yard
*Container Tracing
*Manage and Confirm Timely Dispatch (pick up / deliveries)
*Handling incoming / outgoing calls
*Managing Emails

Requirements:
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
*Superior Multi-Tasking Skills required
*Intermodal experience preferred 1-3 years
*Computer Literate with Microsoft Office knowledge and ability to learn our dispatch system
*Good communication and customer service skills (verbal, written and electronic)
*Strong problem solving skills and Resolution with detailed / timely follow up and follow through
*Must be able to work Independently and as a Team Player
*DOT Hours of Service and Rail / Port experience helpful
*Must be reliable and prompt
