We are a property management co here in Jacksonville and we are looking for someone who can handle routine maintaince for our rentals and national clients, as well as full residential rehabs. Including but not limited to trashouts/cleanouts, minor framing, drywall install/patching & finishing, ceiling texture, paint (interior & exterior), ceramic tile, flooring (lvp, vct, hardwood) faucet and toilet installs/replacement, as well as minor electrial. We are looking for someone who is clean cut, tech savy and can work independently or as a part of a team. You must be able to work on the base when needed and you MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION! So you can transport materials to the jobsites. Must have own tools and know how to use them.
The position starts out as part time (15-20+hrs) and quickly turn into full time (38+hrs) for the right canididates.
